ERSS submission and NOA workflow
A clear workflow to move from project information to BCA-facing ERSS submission readiness.
Initial scope review
We review proposed works, excavation depth, ERSS type, building worksite context, adjacent assets, access constraints and available documents.
Appointment pathway check
We identify likely involvement of QP(ST), AC, QP(Geo) and AC(Geo) based on depth, GBW classification and risk profile.
Document preparation
We coordinate drawings, calculations, design basis, ERSS Annex A, SI report certification and required technical narratives.
BCA submission and clarification
We support the submitting team in addressing comments and refining authority-facing information until plan approval / NOA outcome is obtained, subject to BCA assessment.
Permit and commencement
Where required, the project team proceeds with permit and commencement notification steps before ERSS or excavation works start.
Construction and monthly reporting
During construction, we support Annex C implementation, site records, monitoring coordination and Annex E monthly submission workflow.
Close-out documentation
We assist with record plans, as-built information and close-out forms where applicable.
Documents to prepare

- Method statement and programme
Common programme risks
- Late SI report or missing PE certification
- Unclear excavation staging
