AC, QP(Geo) and AC(Geo) coordination
For deeper or geotechnical building works, we help the project team coordinate information flow between QP(ST), QP(Geo), Accredited Checker and AC(Geo), subject to project requirements.
Permit, commencement and site implementation support
We assist with construction-stage documentation including implementation of the ERSS safety and monitoring regime, site records, supervision interface and monthly ERSS Annex E workflow.
Record plans and as-built support
For permanent ERSS or retained works, we support close-out documentation such as record plans and required forms. Temporary ERSS record requirements depend on whether any ERSS element remains in the ground.
Pre-tender and pre-construction ERSS checks
Contractors and developers can request early review to identify likely submission triggers, missing reports and programme risks before mobilising excavation works.
